Our home sites are equipped with full RV hook-ups... and since they're large enough for mobile homes, they can easily accommodate even the biggest "Big Rig" with multiple slide-outs. There are large concrete patios for your barbecue, and full-size concrete driveways for parking your car!

  • We are happy to offer a discount for long-term stays.
    Any 6-month stay that is paid for in advance — You pay
    for 5 months and get the 6th month COMPLETELY FREE!
    This can be continued in 6-month blocks as long as you choose.
  • All rates include full hook-ups and electricity
    **not to exceed $175/month in electric usage for monthly stays —
    monthly guests are responsible for all elec charges over $175/mo.
  • Rates are for 2 people - $2.00 per day for each additional guest.
  • For long-term stays, we accept cashier's checks or money orders only (money orders available at the convenience store next door).
  • Cash accepted for short-term stays ONLY
  • Sorry - no personal checks or credit cards.
  • Refundable deposit required for pool key: $5.00 - cash only.
  • FAXing & copying services available for a small fee.
  • We welcome friendly, leashed pets. No aggressive breeds.
  • All monies are non-refundable except pool key deposit.
